It just do not work

We paid to get this app And we still get pop up ad. And background noise is so obnoxiously loud that kids can’t even listen to the actual salah steps

It good but I need to know how to ch age my character to sumaya so I need it to change it to a girl

Hi once I click on the app and then the videos it will just be blank with no sound and is black screen. Please fix this issue

mashAllah this app has been helpful for me but in the past few months every time I’ve launched the app the graphics do not show properly so I can unable to select the prayer tutorials. Please help fix this issue.

When I try to pray I leave my tablet beside me so I can listen and pray. However, in one part of prayer, it only recites one piece of Surah al Fatiha and tells you to recite the whole Surah. This sadly is an inconvenience for me because it’s skips to going into rukoo while I’m still praying surah al Fatiha. Please help me because I start to get mixed up. Thank you so much!

I purchased this app for my kids to use & learn more, but it doesn’t even work properly. It says I need to “restore purchase” yet it doesn’t actually let me do so. Waste of money. I can’t even access the features I paid for!

Impossible to restore my purchase, I have unlocked the additional stuff in the app and anytime I wanna open it it says that I have to buy it again.

I brought the full version of this app and can not hear anything so I paid for this for no reason my children couldn't even use it because there is no sound. So can I get a refund? Or fix the sound it's no good for me.

This is a great app and having Ali, the big brother give explanations makes it more relatable for kids. Doing salah with Sumaya, when she's talking herself through what to do next is great. It has helped my kids develop a love for salah. Thank you to the developers of this app, I hope you will keep making more great content.

The sound doesn't seem to be working for this app on my iPhone6 ...I purchased the app and still nothing :( plz advise how to fix it !!!

Keep up the good work I downloaded all of this app to help my special needs son understand Salah , and it really helps.He used to cry when I pray thinking I was ignoring him . Now when he see me pray he says turn to your right and say Salam alaikm and turn to your left and say Salam ( just like in the app) and then mama will be done. Jazakum allah khair

I'm still pretty new to Islam and learning ,that being said I love this app.I'm reading that there's glitches or bugs I hope I don't experience this mashallah

My children love this app. It was informative and attractive,suitable for kids MashaAllah

I downloaded and paid for the upgrade. When it works, it's great. But it often crashes and I have to restart the iPad to get back into the app. I hope there is a fix for this soon as its quite annoying.

My daughter and husband love this app. They spend countless hours going over the scenes between Ali and sumaya. My two year old daughter always asks for "ali and sumaya" whenever we get in the car for a drive. This app was very helpful in familiarizing her with the steps of salah and the athan. I hope the creators of the app expand it to include more scenes such as reciting different suras of quran, deal with values (being honest, etc) or other important concepts in our deen. As it is, however, its an amazing app and well worth the 2 or 3 dollars for the full version.

Awesome app for Muslim kids and even for adults to learn basic deen. Highly recommended

Jazak Allah Khair for this simple and extremely effective app. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old who have learned a ton of information from this. Here's my request, make more. I let them watch Dora the Explorer from time to time because there are things to learn there. Then they'll do an episode on Halloween and I have to skip it (Netflix only). I would live to see Ali and Sumaya have something more permanent. May Allah SWT increase you in this world as well as the hereafter.
